GET YOUR HOME READY FOR SALE

Touch up with fresh paint as needed.

Clean, declutter, and improve curb appeal.

Check all doors, windows and cabinets to make sure they don't stick, squeak, or are too loose.

Higher a professional cleaner to do a deep clean and maintain the cleanliness until your home has sold.

Have carpet cleaned or replaced as needed.

Come up with a plan to have your pets out of the home during showings. You'll want to make it look and smell like a pet has never been in the home.
